Rajiv Nigam, Chartered Accountant a Proprietor - M/s Rajiv Nigam & Associates work as "Strategic Advisor" and contribute it's skill in various streams of any organisation and deliver integrated result under "Integrated Business Process". Usually We associate with "Promoter Directors" and we shield them from any adverse consequences of legal/finance/system and helping them in achieving their business Object.

We work as a catalyst for more efficient & positive results and work on statutory requirement of clients. Some time our role is in addition to Auditors and legal consultants to represent Company In house and co-ordinate with them. We work as custodian and caretaker of business house.

About the proprietor

A Qualified Chartered Accountant & Science Graduate with over 29 years of rich and extensive post qualification experience across diverse fields of Direct & Indirect Taxation, Accounts, System Implementation, Statutory Compliance & Management Consultancy.
Currently working as - "Advisor - Direct & Indirect Taxation and as Virtual CFO for startups - In India or for abroad clients. The proprietor has expertise in GST Act of India - a regular Blog writer in Taxguru, Taxmann and with interacting Face Book page. Deliver lectures and give training at Seminars, workshops etc. Handled 22 states S tax, VAT, GST up to DGCEI/DGGST level and handled Search & Seizures in Income Tax, ITAT, Settlements etc.
