<Pan-India – VAT (Value Addition Tax)>

The State VAT Acts subsumed in GST Act, 2017 w.e.f. 1^st July 2017, but there were certain matters which are still being handled at various states VAT Act. We are handling on pan-India following related matters till their final conclusions:

Claim of input tax in carrying stock as at 30th June, 2017 to the new regime of GST Act, 2017 through ITC 04, which dates have been time to time amended.

Even if genuinely something left to entertain in input tax of VAT regime that can be heard by new regime of GST.

Assessments of VAT up to 30th June, 2017.

Appeals, revisions, old cases related to VAT regime still undecided by Authorities.
